Ever feel hopeless or down? Have trouble standing up for yourself? Resentful? Flat out angry? Worry excessively? Trauma? No one gets it? Feel like you have no one to talk to? Ever feel like what’s the point? Life stressors getting you down? Ever feel stuck in the deep, dark hole? Beat yourself up over the little things or maybe the big things? Afraid of failing? Feeling disconnected from yourself?
Unfortunately, life has kicked my ass too, but I can say without a shadow of the doubt, that change is possible. I believe everyone is capable of change. Meaning, we are capable of overcoming hardships and becoming the person we want to be to live the best life possible. Change allows us to grow in all aspects of our lives. Everyone makes mistakes, but these mistakes do not define who we are as a person. Life is hard. It’s okay to not be okay. It is okay to not know what to do. This is where therapy comes into play. I am here to help you overcome these difficult moments so you are able to live the best life possible while being the best version of yourself. Therapy is a safe haven that allows vulnerability, expressiveness, learning, awareness, exploration, discussion, processing, and openness. I tell people all the time that therapy isn’t always rainbows and butterflies, there are going to be difficult moments, but there are also going to be moments of enlightenment and insight, these are the moments I live for. These are the moments when change occurs and lives are transformed. We might laugh and we might cry, but we will get through it together. Glad, you’re here.
